About Dee Dee
My journey with Diet Free Life began when I was just getting ready to turn 50 years old, and was so excited to be celebrating with my wonderful husband Cleve, in Kona, Hawaii!! WOW what an amazing time we had there.

Like so many others, I have also been a yo-yo dieter since the pregnancy of my first child forty years ago, when I went from 118 pounds to 210 during the pregnancy, lost ten pounds during the first 18 months and then I became pregnant with my son and gained ten back. During the last forty years, I have lost and gained hundreds of pounds. I tried every diet out there.

At my highest weight, I was at 265 plus I would not even get on the scales after 265 pounds. Today I am living a diet free life. I am far from perfect, but I am in control of my health and I am honored to help others do the same.
